Customer Support

We provide support to help our customers continue using our products for as long as possible. If a product fails or is damaged due to a defect for which we are responsible, we will repair it or replace the affected parts free of charge. For other failures or damage, we will inspect the product and provide an estimate for paid service. Please see “Repair Service” for details.
